Cabin Baggage
For all classes, each passenger (except infants) can enjoy a free baggage allowance of one cabin bag not exceeding 56x36x23cm (22x14x9 in) in size. These dimensions include wheels, handles and side pockets. Different travel classes have different weight limits: First Class - 15kg (33 lbs), Business Class - 10kg (22 lbs), Economy Class – 7kg (15 lbs).

Other Baggage Restriction
Heavy Baggage on Australasian Flights
On flights to Australia as well as to / from New Zealand, all checked baggages are limited to 32kg per piece.
Important Note
We are not liable for loss of, damage to or delay in the delivery of fragile or perishable items, keys, artwork, cameras, money, jewellery, precious metals, silverware, medicines, drug, dangerous goods, commercial goods, odd-sized articles, negotiable papers, securities or other valuables, business documents, passports and other identification documents, or samples, which are included in your checked baggage.
Special Needs
For Pregnant Passenger, Unaccompanied Minor(UM) or Passenger need the Wheelchair service, advance notice should be made from the airlines.
Dangerous Goods
For safety and security reasons, dangerous goods such as those listed below, must not be carried in passenger's baggage (checked or unchecked):
- attach - briefcases with installed alarm devices; or incorporate lithium batteries and/or pyrotechnic material;
- explosives, munitions, fireworks and flares;
- compressed gases (flammable, non-flammable or poisonous) such as butane, propane, aqualung cylinders, lighter fuels or refills, aerosols;
- flammable liquids such as paints, thinner, adhesives;
- flammable solids such as "strike anywhere matches" and articles which are easily ignited;
- oxidizing substances such as bleaching powder and peroxides;
- poisons such as arsenic, cyanides, insecticides, weedkillers;
- radioactive materials;
- corrosive materials such as mercury (which may be contained in thermometers or blood pressure gauges), acids, alkalis and wet cell batteries;
- knives (including hunting knives, swords), scissors and any other sharp objects (eg ice-pick) considered illegal by local law, and;
- any other substances which, during a flight, present a danger not covered above, such as magnetized, offensive or irritating materials.
Medicines and toiletries in limited quantities which are necessary for your journey, such as hair sprays, perfumes and medicines containing alcohol, may be carried on board. Further information is available on request
