MACAU LIMO CHARTER SERVICE
Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking of Macau Limo Charter Service can be made at least one day in advance. Customer has to provide the name of hirer, the name of at least one of the passengers as well as journey details such as pick up point and destination, starting time of the journey, etc.
  2. Payment must be completed within one (1) hour upon receipt of the payment link. Otherwise, the order will be considered cancelled. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address upon successful payment.
  3. On the day of the ride, please present the email confirmation to the driver for verification.
  4. The charter service operates from 07:00 to 23:59, with a minimum rental duration of 1 hour. The service hour is calculated from the scheduled departure time; and waiting time is inclusive in the total service hour.
  5. For charter services, an overtime service fee will be charged if the service exceeds the scheduled time. The actual fee will be based on the quoted rate for the day, calculated on an hourly basis. Any overtime less than one hour will still be counted as one full hour.
  6. If you need to extend the service time on short notice, please pay the driver in cash for the additional charges. If the extended service time goes beyond 22:00, an extra fee of HKD$100 per hour will be applied.
  7. Order will be considered cancelled when passengers fail to show up at the agreed pick up location for 30 minutes and no refund will be offered.
  8. An additional charge of HKD$300 will apply in the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning or when Typhoon Signal No. 3 is hoisted.
  9. Capacity for baggage is subject to model of car and may vary with the number of passengers. Before booking confirmation, passengers will be further confirmed with the number of baggage to be carried on the vehicle and notified of the respective requirement.
  10. Resale of services either partially or as a whole to third parties is prohibited.
  11. Services may not be provided if passenger fail to present any confirmation document at pick up point.
  12. Passenger is required to sign and confirm the Job Completion Statement after the completion of service.
  13. Cancellation of service should be made 1 day before the confirmed date of service while 50% of service rate will be charged as handling fee. No refund is allowed when cancellation is requested beyond the said time.
  14. Cancellation of service can only be made through email with valid booking reference number.
  15. For orders settled by cash, refund will be made 3 days after the cancellation at our shop or TurboJET Ticketing Counters at both Hong Kong and Macau.
  16. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be directly credited to the respective credit card account within 4 -6 weeks.
  17. Passenger's property and/or baggage carry in our vehicles is at the owner's risk.  The company is not responsible for any damage or loss of the properties carried by the passenger.  If the company is liable to the loss of the properties carried by the passenger, the maximum liability is in total of HK$200 per accident.
  18. The company reserves the right to charge the cost of cleaning or repairing any damage to the Vehicle when it deems necessary.
  19. Passenger are covered by the compulsory third party motor vehicle insurance policy of the serviced vehicle at the place of accident.
  20. The company shall not be liable to any loss in the event of delay.
  21. TurboJET Travel Services Limited / Estoril Tours Travel Agency shall not undertake relevant responsibility for any loss in the event of delay or loss owing to circumstances beyond our control, such as typhoon, rainstorm, traffic jam, temporary political enforcement and rerouting.  Based on safety reasons and/or bad weather situation, the Company has sole discretion to suspend or refuse the Service or booking without any responsibility for any loss for passengers. The situation will include but not limited to typhoon, rainstorm, road conditions, safety of any passenger, driver or road user.
  22. TurboJET Macau Limo Charter Service is operated and provided by Estoril Tours Travel Agency while TurboJET Travel Services Limited serves as the sales and service agent of the Service. The agents reserve the right to make alteration to the terms and conditions including but not limited to rejecting or terminating the provision of service without prior notice.
  23. If there is any discrepancy in the two versions of the terms & conditions, Chinese version shall prevail.
