CROSS BORDER PRIVATE TRANSFER SERVICE
Terms & Conditions


  1. TurboJET Travel Services Limited / Estoril Tours Travel Agency serves as the sales and service agent of the TurboJET Cross Border Limo service which is co-operated by China Travel Tours Transportation Services Hong Kong Limited, Vang Iek Rent-A-Car Service Co Limited and Shun Tak & CITS Coach (Macao) Limited. Both the agents and operators reserve the right to make alternation to the terms and conditions including but not limited to rejecting or terminating the provision of service without prior notice.
  2. Booking of services can be made through TurboJET Travel Services Ltd Website & Apps; services hotlines; WeChat and/or WhatsApp. Customer has to provide name of hirer, name of at least one of the passengers as well as journey details such as pick up point and destination, starting time of the journey, etc.
  3. Quotation of service charge will be provided after booking request has been received.
  4. Additional 20% of basic hourly rate shall apply for service between 00:00 and 06:59 (pick-up time).
  5. Half hour will be charged for trip time exceeding 15 minutes of the agreed service period. Hourly rate will be based on the standard rate of the service day.
  6. Tunnel fee and bridge toll fee, if any, incurred during the journey will be charged according to the actual rate.
  7. Order will be considered cancelled when passengers fail to show up at the agreed pick up location for 30 minutes and no refund will be offered.
  8. Parking fee of HK$200 / hour, if any, during waiting time shall apply.
  9. Waiting time is inclusive in the total service hour.
  10. Capacity for baggage is subject to model of car and may vary with the number of passengers. Before booking confirmation, passengers will be further confirmed with the no of baggage to be carried on the vehicle and notified of the respective requirement.
  11. Resale of services either partially or as a whole to third parties is prohibited.
  12. Payment can be made online by credit card or corporate credit account
  13. For on-day service, payment should be settled immediately at the time of booking.
  14. Booking is confirmed only upon completion of FULL payment. Confirmation letter and service voucher will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
  15. Services may not be provided if passenger fail to present any confirmation document at pick up point
  16. Passenger is required to sign and confirm the Job Completion Statement after the completion of service.
  17. Cancellation of service should be made 1 day before of the confirmed date of service while 25% of service rate will be charged as handling fee. No refund is allowed when cancellation is requested beyond the said time.
  18. Cancellation of service can only be made through email with valid booking reference number.
  19. For order settled by cash, refund will be made 3 days after the cancellation at our shop or TurboJET Ticketing Counters at both Hong Kong and Macau.
  20. For order paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be directly credited to the respective credit card account within 4 -6 weeks.
  21. Order alteration can be made one day before the day of service and a handling fee of 10% of the new booking rate will be charged.  Order alteration is subject to the availability and only limited to the same direction of journey as previous confirmed order, e.g. Hong Kong to Macau.
  22. When passengers are rejected by authorities to enter or leave the territory, no refund will be offered. Return trip to the departure point, if requested, needs to be charged according to the actual tariff list of the day.
  23. Passenger's property and/or baggage carry in our vehicles is at the owner's risk.  The company is not responsible for any damage or loss of the properties carried by the passenger.  If the company is liable to the loss of the properties carried by the passenger, the maximum liability is in total of HK$200 per accident.
  24. The company reserves the right to charge the cost of cleaning or repairing any damage to the Vehicle when it deems necessary.
  25. In case of inclement weather conditions, for example, when typhoon signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm signal is in force; or in case of closure of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, passengers can request for rescheduling.
  26. Passengers aged 7-16 without the company of adult passenger must pay additionally for the company's special guest arrangement service.
  27. Passenger are covered by the compulsory third party motor vehicle insurance policy of the serviced vehicle at the place of accident.
  28. The company shall not be liable to any loss in the event of delay.
  29. TurboJET Travel Services Limited / Estoril Tours Travel Agency shall not undertake relevant responsibility for any loss in the event of delay or loss owing to circumstances beyond our control, such as typhoon, rainstorm, traffic jam, temporary policical enforcement and rerouting.  Based on safety reasons and/or bad weather situation, the Company has sole discretion to suspend or refuse the Service or booking without any responsibility for any loss for passengers.  Situation will include but not limited to typhoon, rainstorm, road conditions, safety of any passenger, driver or road user.
  30. If there is any discrepancy in the two versions of the terms & conditions, English version shall prevail.
