Note to Passengers:

Macau bound citizens︰

  1. Macao residents must log in to the Higher Education Bureau websitehttps://aeees.dses.gov.mo/HKMAC/) 48 hours before arriving Hong Kong to complete the registration before returning to Macau via the special ferry service.
  2. During airport check-in overseas, Macao residents wishing to take the special ferry service must present to airline staff: their travel booking; the document they will use to enter Macao (i.e. a Macao ID card or Macao SAR passport); and the confirmation letter of online registration for the ferry service.  
  3. Upon completion of the check-in procedure, please send a photo of the boarding pass to (853)62331518 via Whatsapp。For assistance, please call the 24-hour travel hotline at(853)28333000.
  4. Macau citizens must comply with the quarantine requirement within the HKIA.
  5. Upon arriving HKIA, please proceed to the designated waiting area. Ticketing counter of the ferry operators will open 3 hours before the ferry departure time, i.e. 11am & 8pm. Ferry ticket fare is MOP 270.
  6. Passengers must abide by the assigned seating arrangements, stay seated during the journey, and follow staff instructions regarding boarding and disembarking
  7. Ferry operators reserve the right to refuse passengers who fail to comply with safety, health or precautions. The terms, conditions and safety measures specified by the operators also apply to this special ferry service
  8. Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult with a Macao resident status to board the vessel, and children aged 7 to 12 years without an adult will be required to pay an additional fee. 
  9. No onboard catering service will be provided.
  10. Macau citizens must declare health conditions with "Macau Health Code"(https://app.ssm.gov.mo/healthPHD/)。
  11. Returnees will be required under epidemic-control measures to undergo on arrival a 14-day period of medical observation at designated facilities. Departing Macau via Hong Kong International Airport:

  1. Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult with a Macao resident status to board the vessel, and children aged 7 to 12 years without an adult will be required to pay an additional fee.。
  2. Should a person be unable to board a flight due to its cancellation or for other reasons, that traveller is allowed take the next available ferry back to Macao, provided they comply with Macao epidemic-control measures in place at the relevant time.
