2) After confirming the transaction, TurboJET staff will email the "Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau Accommodation Voucher" image to the registered passenger's email address within the next working day.

3) For reservation, passengers are required to email an image attachment of "Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau Accommodation Voucher" to the reservation department of the hotel: reservations.glm@artyzenhotels.com.

4) Upon securing a reservation at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau, go to the TurboJET Premier Lounge (Shop 103, Shun Tak Centre) at Sheung Wan, Hong Kong during office hours to collect a physical "Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau Accommodation Voucher" for check-in registration.

5) Passengers can apply for a one-time FREE alternation of the sailing departure by email at reservation@turbojet.com.hk if they fail to reserve their stay at the hotel on the reserved sailing date.

6) Please redeem the physical "Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau Accommodation Voucher" at Premier Lounge, Sheung Wan within 7 days after the transaction. If not collected within the timeframe, it will be considered forfeited automatically.

1) Personalized Stored Value Card members must log in to their Personalized Stored Value Card member account on the TurboJET website in order to select the promotional item and make payment.

2) After the payment, proceed to TurboJET Premier Lounge (Shop 103, Shun Tak Centre) in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong and present the transaction record for the redemption with the use 50,000 points from your Personalized Stored Value Card membership account for the physical "Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau Accommodation Voucher". Please redeem the physical "Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau Accommodation Voucher" at Premier Lounge, Sheung Wan within 7 days after the transaction. Failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture.

Terms and Conditions:

1) The promotion is applicable for purchase of round-trip eBoarding (Super Class or Premier Grand Class) for the Hong Kong-Macau Route - Hong Kong (Sheung Wan) <> Macau (Outer Harbor) routes from 20th August 2024 to 31^st December 2024 through TurboJET website.

2) When making a reservation, passengers must select the appropriate "Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau" promotion item to enjoy the offer.

3) To be entitled to the offer, passengers must purchase 2 sets of adult original price ferry tickets for Super Class or Premier Grand Class while the departure date and time of the sailings must be the same.

4) The promotional ferry ticket is only for use by registered passengers. TurboJET staff reserve the right to request passengers to provide identification for verification purposes. Passengers who fail to meet the requirements will not be able to enjoy the Offer and need to pay for the ferry tickets at regular fare for boarding.

5) The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotional offers, including personal stored value card, Macau resident discounts and etc.

6) Once confirmed, all promotional ferry tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

7) For hotel check-in registration, passengers must bring along with the valid "Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau Accommodation Voucher" (Physical Voucher). Failure to present the accommodation voucher will result in the reservation being adjusted to the regular room rate published by the hotel, and payment must be made upon check-in.

8) If the accommodation voucher is lost, it will not be replaced or reissued.
