Personal SVC Members Seat Class Upgrade Offer
From now until February 28, 2025, TurboJET Personal Stored Value Card (SVC) members can enjoy a seat upgrade for $20 via the official website or mobile app. Each upgrade is limited to one class only, with the highest available upgrade to Premier Grand Class, on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to actual seat availability.

Terms and Conditions:
- The offer is applicable for Personal SVC membersbooking regular-priced eBoarding ferry tickets for the Hong Kong (Sheung Wan) <> Macau (Outer Harbour/ Taipa) route, applicable to single sailing departure from Hong Kong or Macau.
- Departure dates for sailings
must be from now until 28th February 2025, except for
the blackout dates: 29-31/01-2025, 01-02/02/2025.
- The specific promotional item (Personal SVC Members Seat Class Upgrade Offer) must be selected at the time of booking to enjoy the offer.
- The offer requires members logging onto their SVC account to reserve regular-priced eBoarding ferry tickets at TurboJET official website or mobile app.
- The offer is available for Economy Class and Super Class passengers and is subject to seat availability.
- Tickets are for SVC member's use only. Identity documents must be presented at the gate for passenger identity verification. Passengers who fail to meet the requirements of the offer have to repurchase tickets without refund.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, including stored value card memberships, Macau resident, senior, and child fare discounts.
- No membership points will be awarded when using this offer.
- Once confirmed, tickets are non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
- The offer is subject to the terms and conditions of TurboJET passenger and baggage carriage.
- In case of any dispute, TurboJET reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the offer.
