Technical Support Officer (Ref.: TSO/WEB0520)

Job Description:

• Perform computer operation tasks according to established schedule;
• Monitor and support computer system and network equipment;
• Provide frontline technical support for application terminal and other devices;
• Conduct maintenance task and prepare necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology and related discipline or above;
• Hand-on experience in HP Unix and Microsoft platform an added advantage;
• Patient, good problem diagnosis and solving skills;
• Strong team player with good communication skill;
• Able to work independently;
• Shift duty is required;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
