• Arrive at the ferry boarding gate not less than 30 minutes before sailing time

With check-in baggage

• Arrive at the designated eCheck-in Counter at ferry terminal not less than 30 minutes before sailing time

To Macau

Without check-in baggage

• Arrive at the ferry boarding gate in SkyPier, Hong Kong International Airport not less than 20 minutes before sailing time

With check-in baggage

• Arrive at the designated TurbuJET Counter on Level 5, T1 of Hong Kong International Airport for priority assistance not less than 60 minutes before sailing time
