Early Check-in Service

Passengers traveling on TurboJET Airport Route may now enjoy early check-in service at the Airport Check-in Counter in Macau ferry terminal by presenting a valid ferry ticket with same day departure. This service is available for those passengers without luggage to check in.

Service Hours: 7:00am - 6:30pm daily

Luggage Storage Service

Luggage storage service is now available at TurboJET Airport Check-in Counter at Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal.  Passengers traveling to Hong Kong International Airport may store their luggage at a charge of HKD50/pc on date of travel

Home Baggage Pick-up Service

Our baggage pick-up service has been created for your ultimate convenience while traveling on our Airport Route.  If you would like to travel light, simply reserve 24 hours in advance and our porter will collect your heavy baggage from your home or hotel and deliver them to the ferry terminal.

For reservations, please call us at (853) 2872 8076 (9:30am -10:30pm) or send an e-mail to guestservices@turbojet.com.hk by providing your contact telephone, no. of bags, pick-up address and time.  On your departure date, please proceed to the designated eCheck-in Counter at the ferry terminal 30 minutes prior to your sailing time to reclaim your bags. 

Baggage Pick-up Charges: HKD200 for the first 2 pieces, HKD80 per piece thereafter

• Baggage size should be within the dimensions accepted by TurboJET and your connecting airline. Please click here for TurboJET baggage information.
   
• Service only applicable to TurboJET passengers traveling from Macau to Hong Kong International Airport and the service area covers Macau only.
   
• Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance and pick-up time should be 3 hours prior to sailing time.
