The Latest Sailing Arrangement
In view of the latest development of the novel coronavirus infection, TurboJET will implement the below service adjustment until further notice:
Effective from 29 January 2020:
1.Sailing Adjustment between Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal (Sheung Wan) and Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal
Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal operation remains while day sailing service will be adjusted to a 30-minute departure interval; night sailing service from 23:00 to 01:00 will be adjusted to a 1 hour departure interval
2. Suspension of ferryservice from Hong Kong International Airport to Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal(sailing from Macau to Hong Kong Airport remains)
3. Temporary closure of
China Ferry Terminal and Tuen Mun Ferry Terminaleffective from 30
January 2020as announced by the Hong Kong
Government.
Affected passengers can use the
original ferry ticket to board at Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal in
Sheung Wan / change to disembark at Sheung Wan; or seek assistance
at the ticketing office.
Meanwhile TurboJET is already implementing the highest response level of the preventive measures and stepped up the cleaning and disinfection work in different service points including a thorough disinfection work carried out in the vessel cabin upon berthing with the use of disinfectant spray. In addition, all operational staff are strictly required to monitor their body temperature before and after duty and wear face masks during service. We would like to advise all the passengers to be mindful of personal hygiene and put in face masks in the paid area at the terminal and during the entire sailing journey. Passengers should avoid travelling if any of the relevant symptoms is observed and seek medical consultation as soon as possible.
