Preventive Measures against Measles

TurboJET has been continuously implementing a series of measures to prevent infectious diseases, including arrangement of deep cleaning and disinfection at vessel cabins upon berthing. In respect of a recent infected person who had travelled with TurboJET, the company has specially arranged an additional thorough disinfection for the vessel of  the sailing concerned.

The company has not received any reports of measles infection from employees and is closely monitoring their health status including requesting crew members to check their body temperature and report their physical condition before reporting duty. If they are feeling unwell, they are advised to seek medical assistance and stay at home. Meanwhile, internal guidelines have been issued to allow crew members to wear masks at work and information on measles prevention has been provided to all employees.
