Typhoon Arrangement Regarding Ferry Services (7/9)

Given that there is a possibility of Typhoon Signal No. 8 being issued in Macao today 7/9, we provide the following information to passengers regarding sailing information for reference:

Macau Cruise

Currently suspended.


                                   

Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Services

Last departure times:

• Hong Kong to Macau: 18:30
• Macau to Hong Kong: 20:00

Zhuhai Ferry Services

Services from Jiuzhou Port to Hong Kong are suspended from 14:00 onwards. Services from Hong Kong to Jiuzhou Port are suspended from 15:30 onwards.

 All sailings on September 8 are tentatively canceled.



Shekou Ferry Services

• Services from Shekou to Macau are suspended from 13:00 onwards.
• Services from Macau to Shekou are suspended from 14:30 onwards.
• 
  
• All sailings on September 8 are canceled.

When Typhoon Signal No. 8 is issued in Hong Kong or Macao, ALL ferry services will be suspended until further notice.



Ticketing Arrangements:

When the Hong Kong / Macau Observatory announces Typhoon Signal No. 3, passengers may apply to change their sailing schedule (free of charge);

 Passengers holding tickets for affected sailings during service suspension can apply for a refund or change their sailing schedule within one month.

 However, passengers who purchased tickets through a travel agency will need to contact the relevant agent for a refund.
