Typhoon Arrangement Regarding Ferry Services (22/9)
In
response to the Super Typhoon Ragasa which is gradually
approaching, TurboJET is providing the following information
regarding ferry and ticketing arrangements to help passengers plan
their travel in advance:
Ferry
Schedule
Mainland China Routes:
The Hong Kong-Zhuhai and Macau-Shekou
ferry services have been suspended starting today until further
notice.
Hong Kong-Macau Routes
(22/9):
TurboJET services between Hong Kong and
Macau are generally operating as scheduled. The last sailings to
and from Hong Kong and Taipa have already departed.
TurboJET
may adjust its operations depending on actual weather conditions.
Passengers are encouraged to stay updated on the latest typhoon
developments via the company's official website or social media
platforms.
Ticketing Arrangements Due to the
Typhoon
Passengers affected by the typhoon can
reschedule their ferry time free of charge.
They may also apply for a refund or
reschedule within one month after services resume.
Passengers who purchased tickets through
a travel agency must contact the relevant agent directly for
refunds.
