Arrangement of Expired SVC Bonus Points

TurboJET owuld like to remind you to review the bonus points status of your SVC account. As a token of appreciation for your unwavering support to TurboJET, we are extending a special arrangement as follows.

1. Extension of Expiring Bonus Points:For members whose bonus points were expired and unused as of 30 April 2024, they are able to redeem the rewards online or in person at the Premier Lounge until 31st May 2024.
   
   
2. Automatic Conversion of Unused Points:After 31/5/2024, every 5000 units of unused and expired bonus points will be automatically converted into a $50 TurboJET electronic voucher (3-month validity from 1 June 2024). Accounts with balances under 5000 bonus points, or with leftover points that do not suffice for redemption for another $50 voucher, will have those points forfeited without further validity extension.
   
   
3. Validity for Earned Points:For any bonus points earned from 1st April 2024, a 2-year validity period will be granted.

Taking this opportunity, we advise you to constantly review your bonus points balance and plan your rewards redemption accordingly.
