Typhoon Arrangement Regarding Ferry Services

Given the potential for typhoon signals to be issued in Hong Kong and Macau this weekend, TurboJET would like to provide passengers with the following information regarding general ticketing arrangements during adverse weather conditions:

TurboJET Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Services and Macau Cruise:

When Typhoon Signal No. 3 is issued in Hong Kong or Macau:

．Hong Kong-Macau ferry services will continue to operate, but adjustments may be made depending on weather conditions.

．Macau Cruise services will be suspended.

When Typhoon Signal No. 8 is issued:

All ferry services will be suspended until further notice.

Zhuhai Ferry Services:

As per the announcement from Zhuhai High-Speed ​​Passenger Ferry Co., Ltd.:

July 19th

    Zhuhai to Hong Kong: Suspended from 15:00 until further notice.

    Hong Kong to Zhuhai: Suspended from 17:30 until further notice.

Ticketing Arrangements:

When the Hong Kong / Macau Observatory announces Typhoon Signal No. 3, passengers may apply to change their sailing schedule (free of charge); Passengers holding tickets for affected sailings during service suspension can apply for a refund or change their sailing schedule within one month. However, passengers who purchased tickets through a travel agency will need to contact the relevant agent for a refund.
